We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in like new condition, be in original packaging, and include all original parts.

Within 30 days, products may be returned to our Customer Service Center. Before returning a product to our Customer Service Center, please call 1-800-709-9525 or email:  memoryfoam@happy2ez.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions. Our hours are 11 AM to 5 PM PST, 7 days a week. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not  be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:

• Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure.
• Are not maintained per manufacturer's instructions.
• Have been used commercially.
• Have missing pieces or parts.
